Ms. Sejal Agarwal

Sejal Agarwal is a post-graduate from the Indian Institute of Forest Management (IIFM), Bhopal and has more than five years of experience as a development practitioner. She has gained extensive knowledge in various areas, including women empowerment, gender equality, social inclusion, livelihood, agricultural extension and advisory services, as well as digital advisories for farmers. In Oorja, Sejal works as an Impact Manager to capture the economic, social and environmental impact of the services Oorja is providing to the rural community, specifically farmers. She is also responsible for mainstreaming gender in the operations and management of Oorja.
