Vicky Zhang Yuan is the vice president of Corporate Communication Dept, Huawei. Vicky has more than 18 years of experience in public affair and communications. She is a veteran of ICT industry with expertise in corporate positioning, executive communications, event communications, crisis management, strategic alliance building, product regulatory communications and media relations.
Prior to her current role, Vicky leaded the executive communication and PR event team. She played a key role in building Huawei’s global communication process and executive communication system. She also used to work as the head of Public affairs Dept. in Huawei Malaysia. In this role, she oversees Huawei’s public affairs agenda in Malaysia and its interactions with government entities, media and related organizations. Vicky joined Huawei since 1999. She started her career in Huawei R&D serving as a coordinator of overseas R&D Centers.
Vicky Zhang holds a Bachelor’s degree of international finance from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in China.
