Dr. Silvia Emili is a Senior Engagement Manager at Value for Women where she advises businesses and organizations to adopt gender-inclusive practices. Silvia has 10+ years of experience working to advance gender and social inclusion in climate investments and adaptation/mitigation projects, as well as supporting ecosystem-focused interventions to advance gender inclusion in the clean energy sector. Silvia holds a PhD from Brunel University London and a MSc from Politecnico di Milano. She is currently based in France.
