Ms. Nurzat Myrsalieva

Mrs. Nurzat Myrsalieva is a senior energy expert at UNIDO, working on global programmes such as the industrial energy acceprator aimed to catalyse transformational, high-impact programmes to accelerate global action towards industrial energy efficiency. Prior to joining UNIDO Mrs. Myrsalieva worked for the Sustainable Energy Center in the Kingdom of Bahrain, where she led the development of the two national policy documents on renewable energy and energy efficiency. She specializes in the design, implementation and evaluation of energy policies, strategies and regulatory frameworks, including renewable energy and energy efficiency laws, incentive schemes, institutional arrangements, and sustainable energy governance.
