Michelle Hallack is senior specialist at ESMAP. She is responsible to lead the World Bank’s engagement on clean cooking and manage the Clean Cooking Fund. She is a senior economist passionate for sustainable development and a just energy transition. In the last years she has focused on new clean technologies potential, strategies and development impact (including poverty, inequality, jobs, gender, fiscal, inflation).
