My name is Ashwini Vernekar, Intern, Department of Energy – ETI Division at UNIDO HQ (Supervisor – Petra Schwager). I am an electrical engineer graduate from India, currently enrolled in International M.Sc. Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency at University of Kassel, Germany in collaboration with Cairo University, Egypt. Also, I hold Erasmus+ Master Semester Exchange Program Sfax university, Tunisia focused on sustainable mobility. I aspire to contribute in field of
sustainable energy services to corroborate energy transition. I believe the transition rate can be increased by creating a global action towards climate targets and international bonding policies.
