Graduated from Ecole Supérieure Polytechnique d’Antananarivo (Madagascar) as an Industrial Engineer and convinced of the power of permanent evolution, I embraced other sectors, namely: environmental economics at the University of Bordeaux and the ICT in the public Administration at the National School of Administration of Madagascar. Currently I am honored to be the Secretary General of the Ministry in charge of Energy in my country.
