A2D Facility Manager and Chief Technical Adviser

Dr. Peter Warren is the Facility Manager for the large-scale Accelerate-to-Demonstrate (A2D) Facility and Chief Technical Advisor at UNIDO. Prior to working in UNIDO, he spent almost a decade in the UK Government building and leading the climate innovation portfolio through international climate finance. Other previous roles include working in the International Energy Agency (IEA), as a Sustainability Manager in industry, and as a Lecturer in Energy and Climate Policy, and in Climate Finance and Sustainability, in various Universities (University College London, University of Edinburgh, Durham University and the University of Vienna). Peter holds a PhD in energy policy, two multidisciplinary Masters degrees in the energy and climate fields, a PgC in integrated environmental management, a Bachelors degree in Geography, and he is a Chartered Environmentalist (CEnv).
