Mr. Jean-Pierre Ndoutoum

Head of the Start-Up Unit

Central African Centre for Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency (CEREEAC)

In May 2023, Mr. Jean-Pierre Ndoutoum was appointed as the Head of the Start-Up Unit of the new CEREEAC. Previously, he worked for 25 years for the International Organization of La Francophonie (OIF), lately as Director of the Francophonie Institute for Sustainable Development (IFDD). Before, he was Director at the Ministry of Mines, Energy and Oil of Gabon in charge of predictive, economic and financial studies.
