Ibrahim Mutebi leads the Ugandan component of the Sustainable Energy for Smallholder Farmers (SEFFA) Project, a regional initiative aimed at promoting productive use of energy in agricultural value chains in Ethiopia, Kenya, and Uganda. Ibrahim has 15 years of experience in developing sustainable energy markets in East Africa having worked on off-grid projects supported by IKEA Foundation, GIZ, BMZ, Norad, Sida, Danida, European Union and the World Bank.
