Hyacinth has joined ECREEE, in Praia, Cape Verde, in 2010. He is coordinating the ECOWAS Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Policies and facilitates follow-up actions in fifteen ECOWAS countries. Before, he worked with the Energy Directorate of the ECOWAS Commission. Elayo has over 15 years’ work experience in the energy and mining sectors and holds an MA in International Relations and an MSc in Energy Studies with specialization in Energy Policy.
