Eddy Frank Vásquez is a Psychologist, with a master’s degree in innovation. He has worked for the last 10 years in the management of projects related to waste management, marine pollution and climate action. He was one of the founders of the Dominican Youth and Climate Change Network. He is currently the director of Parley for the Oceans.
