Ms. Xiaoping Li

Ms. Li works in energy and power industry for 25 years. She supports UNIDO’s programme on hydrogen focusing on the IHEC activities. She undertook several positions in commercial, public, private and state owned enterprises such as CLP Holding of Hong Kong, IAEA in Vienna, CNNC and SME in mainland China. Ms. Li holds a master degree on Nuclear Engineering and Radiological Science from University of Michigan-Anne Arbor, EMBA degrees from University Minnesota and Vienna University of Economics and Business. She also holds a Bachelor degree on Energy and Power from Xi’An Jiao Tong University.
