Jolanda started her career at the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs, where she worked at the climate and energy department. Eleven years ago, she joined IKEA Netherlands as a Sustainability Leader. In 2018, she started at IKEA Foundation where she manages a portfolio of partners working on renewable energy.
