Mr. Binay Kumar Jha is Director of the Clean India mission (SBM-U), being implemented by Government of India. A mechanical engineer by education, Mr. Jha has been proactive in bringing a sustainable and scientific shift in the sanitation sector of urban India through SBM-U. The SBM-U envisages to make urban India Garbage free by year 2026.
