Opening with Damilola Ogunbiyi and Gerd Müller: Reverse Q&A Decision-makers listen to youth

Young people are a significant human resource for development and key agents for social change, economic growth, and technological innovation. Involving youth in decision making should hence be a priority for key international institutions. Organizations translate their commitment for involving youth by adapting different programmes and strategies within their activities. Through these they hope to address the concerns of youth as well as increase their participation in society.
The ‘Opening’ session on the last day of ‘Youth Solution Days’ aims to provide a platform for the youth to listen to decision makers from different organizations. In this session, high level experts from two key institutions will share how they engage youngsters in their activities and the value that such involvement brings. They will also share about interesting programmes their organizations organize which may inspire the young listeners.
