Green industrialization enabled by renewable energy in emerging markets: Towards greener and more inclusive mining, mobility and agricultural industries (ARE, ITPO Germany)
This session will highlight opportunities to decarbonise key industrial sectors mining, e-mobility and agriculture, which all have a significant carbon footprint. It the format of a fireside chat it will feature case studies of decarbonisation projects from around the world and will showcase innovative solutions that were applied to address the key challenges of access to reliable, clean and green energy faced by industries. Particular focus will be given to discuss opportunities for scaling up innovations to decarbonise industry in emerging markets and make them a) affordable, accessible and easier to finance; b) ready for industrial grade mass roll out.
The chat will take place as an interactive discussion between the moderator and panellists and will also allow an exchange with the audience.
